Missing Emails

Is your system blocking important email communications from Please check your spam folder for our emails. Just edit your email system settings to unblock email received from addresses containing “” to successfully receive important communications.

Monitoring Member Activity

Account administrators have the ability to monitor member activity and can view various activities such as the date a piece of content was assigned, or which members have yet to pass a quiz.

Organizing Members Into Groups

If you are an administrator of an account, you have the ability to organize all your members into separate groups. The groups make it easy to find a subset of your members when assigning content or tracking training progress.

Poor Video Quality or Video Loading Error

If you meet these requirements and are still seeing low-quality video, you may be using a wireless internet connection that has a poor signal quality. Try moving your computer or router to improve signal quality.

Re-Taking a Quiz

After you've taken a quiz, you will be led to a page with your results/score. If you have failed your quiz and would like to re-take it, scroll down and click on the blue 'Retake Quiz' button. 

Refund Policy

Since provides a wide variety of samples of our products, we do not offer refunds on premium subscriptions beyond a 48-hour period. Your premium subscription can be canceled at any time (no refund will be issued after the initial 48-hour period). Please note that cancellation of premium subscriptions is effective immediately upon notification.

Requesting Content

Premium members can suggest specific topics or procedures for the team to create by clicking 'Suggest Content', located on the main menu.
