I lost premium access. What happens to my profile?

Once you create an atdove.org profile, it can always be accessed again regardless of your current premium account status. In other words, your profile always stays with you! Your profile is always active, but you won’t have access to premium content or features unless you are part of a premium organization.

With your atdove.org profile:            

  • Access to all archived certificates to print at any time
  • Profile is searchable and optimized for networking opportunities
  • Transfer to new premium organizations, or start a free trial
  • Comment and direct message contributors and members, and have access to online community of veterinary professionals
  • Receive email from atdove.org

I never received an account activation email.

Please check your spam folder to see if our email was filtered. If you are unable to locate the activation email, please contact technical support for assistance.

Managing and Inviting Members

Adding Members by Sending Invites

  1. From the ‘My Team’ menu, select ‘Invites’.
  2. In the box provided, enter the email addresses of those you would like to add to your account.
  3. Optional: Select a group that you would like to add your invited members to.
  4. Press send.

Managing Invites

  1. From the ‘My Team’ menu, select ‘Invites’.
  2. Below the options for sending invites, there is a list of all pending invites on your account.
  3. From this list, you can resend or cancel any pending invitations.
 

 

Removing Members

  1. From the 'My Team' menu, select 'Manage Members'.
  2. Find the name of the member you wish to remove and check the corresponding box located to the left of the member's name.
  3. From the 'Operations' menu, choose ‘Remove from your entire team’, followed by the submit button

Missing Emails

Is your system blocking important email communications from atdove.org? Please check your spam folder for our emails. Just edit your email system settings to unblock email received from addresses containing “atdove.org” to successfully receive important communications.

Monitoring Member Activity

Account administrators have the ability to monitor member activity and can view various activities such as the date a piece of content was assigned, or which members have yet to pass a quiz.

Organizing Members Into Groups

If you are an administrator of an account, you have the ability to organize all your members into separate groups. The groups make it easy to find a subset of your members when assigning content or tracking training progress.

Poor Video Quality or Video Loading Error

If you meet these requirements and are still seeing low-quality video, you may be using a wireless internet connection that has a poor signal quality. Try moving your computer or router to improve signal quality.

Re-Taking a Quiz

After you've taken a quiz, you will be led to a page with your results/score. If you have failed your quiz and would like to re-take it, scroll down and click on the blue 'Retake Quiz' button. 

Refund Policy

Since atdove.org provides a wide variety of samples of our products, we do not offer refunds on premium subscriptions beyond a 48-hour period. Your premium subscription can be canceled at any time (no refund will be issued after the initial 48-hour period). Please note that cancellation of premium subscriptions is effective immediately upon notification.
