Updating Your Email Address

  1. First, scrub in to your account using your current username and password.
  2. Select 'Profile' from the main menu at the top of the page.
  3. Under your profile picture, click 'Edit Profile'.
  4. Under ‘E-mail Settings’ you can change the email address for your account.
  5. Click ‘Save’ at the bottom of the screen before leaving this page.

Updating Your Password

  1. Select 'Profile' from the main menu at the top of the page.
  2. Under your profile picture, click 'Edit Profile'.
  3. On this page, under the email settings informations, enter your current password, then your new password in two fields below. Click ‘Save’ at the bottom of the page to update changes to your profile

Resetting Your Password

  1. To reset your password from the homepage, click ‘Scrub In’, then select ‘Request New Password’ at the top of the page.
  2. Enter your email address. A one-time login link will be emailed to you.
  • If you encounter an error message while resetting your password, make sure you are using the most recent password reset email.
  • If you continue to have difficulty, please contact us

Upgrading From Monthly to Annual Billing

To upgrade from monthly to annual billing, select 'My Subscription' from the 'My Team' menu. Click the green button labeled 'Upgrade to a Yearly Subscription'. On the next page, click the 'Upgrade' link again to confirm this change. Your account will be upgraded to the annual billing cycle at your next renewal date.

Utilizing as a training tool is a unique, role based training tool created for every position and training level in your clinic, hospital or school. The website has built-in tools for account administrators to utilize and successfully create and implement staff training and education.

Sending a video or article to a member of your team 

  • Use the green ‘Assign to Person’ button on videos and articles
  • Choose member(s) and add a due date and message

Using’s Pre-Built Training Plans

  • Under your menu, click ‘Training Plans’
  • Under ‘Pre-Built Training Plans’ are listed all the plans that we have created for you. These plans cannot be added to or deleted.

Creating your own Custom Training Plans

  • Search for content for your staff and group together to create as many custom training plans as you want.
  • Plans can be edited, deleted, or sent to staff members at any time.

What are the premium account pricing options?

Every premium subscription begins with a seven day free trial. At the beginning of the trial, you'll choose your subscription size and billing cycle. Our annual subscriptions start at $425 for up to 20 members, or we offer a monthly subscription at $55 per month for up to 50 members. Additional subscription options and pricing are available.

What is included in a premium account?

An premium account gives an entire hospital or school access to our whole library of procedural shorts, articles, blogs and RACE-approved CE lectures

Premium account holders also have ability to take tests after each video and article, access downloadable add-ons on pieces of content, can create training plans, send assignments, track member’s activity.  Also included in premium account are communication tools such as commenting on pieces of content, directly message other members on website, and sharing content with your members.

What is RACE/VHMA-approved continuing education?

  • RACE: Registry of Approved Continuing Education (RACE) is a program provided by the American Association of Veterinary State Boards (AAVSB).  Our training content has been reviewed and approved by RACE. Individual states have the right to refuse any program that RACE approves though, so we suggest you check with your state board to verify that is applicable to your re-licensure. Click here to find contact information for all AAVSB-member regulatory agencies. Please contact RACE at should you have any comments or concerns regarding's validity or relevancy to the veterinary profession.
  • VHMA: A veterinary practice manager has the option to become a Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM). Once certified, a CVPM just accumulate forty-eight continuing education hours every two years. The Veterinary Hospital Managers Association (VHMA) approves training materials that are qualified for CVPM’s to obtain continuing education credit. We have various lectures that have been reviewed and approved by VHMA as qualifying CVPM continuing education credit. When will my credit card be charged?

Your card will be billed the day after your free trial ends. For monthly billing, the recurring charge will occur every 30 days. For annual billing, your renewal charge will occur on the same day each year. Your billing date may not be changed.

If you do not wish to keep your premium account after 7 days, you must log in to your account and cancel your subscription prior or on the 7th day. This will cancel your account before we prompt a charge to your credit card.

Why is a video choppy, blurry, or low-res?

Videos may be choppy or slow because of your internet connection. Adjusting the video streaming quality may help content to load faster. You can lower the video streaming quality by clicking on the gear icon at the bottom right of the video. 

Our service dynamically adjusts video quality based on your internet connection and screen resolution. To enjoy the highest quality HD video, please make sure you are using a broadband internet connection with a monitor capable of displaying HD video (screen resolution greater than 1280x720).

Check your internet connection speed. We recommend a broadband connection (DSL or Cable) with 5Mbps or greater for optimal streaming. You can check you connection speed here.

Make sure you are using the latest video and sound drivers from your manufacturer.

Your Public Profile

As a member of, you have the choice to make your profile entirely private or visible for all to see. To hide your profile from the public deselect "May your profile be listed publically?" in the profile editor.

We encourage you to share at least a little professional information about yourself with the community. If there is a specific field you do not want visible in your profile, simply do not fill it in.

Once you create an profile, it can always be accessed again regardless of your current premium account status. Your profile is always active, but you won’t have access to premium content or features unless you are part of a premium organization.
