I'd like to point out the importance to wear gloves or use a decent towel for restraint...the oils from your skin (especially smokers) can be very detrimental to the bird you are restraining.

Nice technique however seeing this demonstrated on a pigeon is ALOT different than a macaw who is trying to bite !!!! I would not use this video to train any exotics tech assistants.
