Could it possibly be IMHA?

I checked in with Shana O'Marra, our Chief Medical Officer here at DoveLewis, about your question and have pasted her response below.
"Yes, this is definitely a possibility especially in intravascular IMHA patients where the red cells are being destroyed within the vessels. Hemolysis occurs in the vessels, which is then evident in the urine and blood samples. This is also similar to zinc toxicity which causes intravascular IMHA."
