I am a PCA currently working in Banfield and I would like to say thank you so much for posting all these videos. Watching all of them not only shows me how to it but explaining why it needs to be done helps me understand it. I am still learning in the field and there are some things that I am still not as confident doing. But ever since watching videos for proper restraint on fractious cats and aggressive dogs I feel more confident about performing my task. Thank you! Please update add more helpful videos.
