Technically, the IV fluids don't "flush the toxins out," as most of the time, the NSAID undergoes enterohepatic recirculation. Rather, the IV fluids are imperative as they help counter the profound renal vasoconstriction to the kidneys (from the NSAID effect). Still really important to put on IVF, but it doesn't help with renal excretion of the drug.
