I would love to see an update talking about triage in the era of curbside service, especially as more and more hospitals are at capacity. My own hospital has been working on modifying our process to deal with the realities of patients waiting out of sight (in cars vs. waiting rooms) and all hospital cages being full and decreased staffing due to illness and/or quarrantine.

Hello! There are significant errors in the CCing of this video. I would highly recommend having someone revise them to ensure this video remains accessible for all.

Hi Courtney,

Thanks so much for bringing this to our attention! I have emailed the third-party service that captions our videos to get this resolved. We should get them updated within the next 3-5 business days.
